Account Deletion

You can delete your MyAbhyaash account at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what to expect.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the MyAbhyaash app and log in.
Tap Profile (bottom navigation bar on mobile, or top navigation on web).
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page.
Tap Delete Account.
Enter your current password to confirm.
Confirm the deletion. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

Can't Access the App?

If you cannot log in or access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@myabhyaash.com. Include your username (MA-XXXXXX format) and registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed:

Your account profile (name, email, username)
All study sessions and answer history
Chapter progress and completion records
Bookmarks
Streak and leaderboard data
Badges earned
AI Sathi chat history
Forum posts and replies you have written
Device tokens (push notification registrations)
All other data associated with your account

This action is permanent. Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered. If you think you may want to use MyAbhyaash again in the future, consider logging out instead of deleting.

After Deletion

Your data is deleted immediately from our systems upon confirmation.
You will be logged out of the app automatically.
If your college creates a new account for you in the future, it will start fresh with no prior history.
